Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Dream Diary by Nomly, including its journal, community, subscription and AI-assisted features.
1. Service
Dream Diary lets you record dreams, request AI-assisted interpretations, explore an editorial symbol encyclopedia, generate artwork and optionally share content. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. AI disclaimer
AI interpretations are provided for reflection, education and entertainment. They may contain errors or bias and are not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. Do not use them to make safety-critical or health decisions. Seek a qualified professional for distress, recurring nightmares or mental-health concerns.
3. Subscriptions
Available plans, prices, trials and renewal periods are displayed in the App Store before purchase and may differ by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple account settings within the period shown by Apple.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries and other content you create. You grant Nomly the limited rights necessary to process that content and provide the features you request. Content you voluntarily publish through community features can be viewed by others until it is removed or unshared.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, publish unlawful or abusive content, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use automated access that harms availability.
6. Intellectual property
The application, design, brand, code and original editorial materials belong to Nomly or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce the service or its content beyond ordinary personal use.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited only where and to the extent applicable law permits.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Questions can be sent to fastapps383@gmail.com.
