Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This policy explains what data Dream Diary by Nomly processes, why it is needed, which service providers are involved, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, we may process your email address, profile information, dream journal entries, selected emotions, messages sent to Luna, and content you choose to share publicly. Voice input is converted to text for the feature you request.
2. Information collected automatically
The app may collect device type, operating-system and app versions, feature interactions, subscription status, performance diagnostics and crash reports. We use this data to operate, secure and improve the service.
3. AI processing
When you request dream interpretation or generated artwork, the dream text and settings necessary to produce that result are sent to the relevant AI service. We do not intentionally include your name, email address or account identifier in those requests. AI output may be inaccurate and is not medical or psychological advice.
4. Service providers
- Firebase by Google — authentication, database, analytics, crash and infrastructure services.
- OpenAI — selected AI text features.
- SiliconFlow or Fal — selected image-generation features.
- Adapty and Apple — subscription and purchase management.
5. Storage and security
We use access controls and encryption provided by our infrastructure vendors. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free. Retention depends on the type of data and the feature used; account and journal data are kept while needed to provide the service or until deletion is requested, subject to legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law. You can control notifications through device settings and manage subscriptions through your Apple ID. Publicly shared dreams can be unshared in the app.
7. Children
Dream Diary is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
8. International processing
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on contractual and organizational safeguards supplied by those providers.
9. Contact
For privacy requests, email fastapps383@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.
